How to short list properties
We know how time consuming searching for your next home can be. There are so many companies, so many property portals and so many choices that trying to remember them all can be a real headache.
If you come across a property that you do like the look of whilst browsing through our website, all you need to do is click on the 'Save' tab on the top right hand side of the property page to place this property in your short list basket. You will need to have logged in to be able to use this facility.
If you haven't already registered for this service, just click on the 'create account' link on the 'Sign in and Register' box to the right of the page or click on the 'create account' button below and fill out your name, email address & chosen password. Once this has been set up you will be able to save as many homes in the 'My Favourites' area of our website, to help you keep a record of your favourite choices.
You can come back anytime to visit our website, log in and be able to view your saved homes 24/7. Once you have created your shortlist, not only can you view each of your saved properties, you can continue to add or remove new ones until you have got your short list just right ! See the example below of 'My Saved Favourites'. We'll even tell you when any of your selected properties either get sold or come off the market as your saved properties are still intercative and live on our website, so whatever the status, you'll be the first to know.
When you are ready, you can tick each of the properties you are interested in and just press the submit button which will send us an automatic email letting us know in which properties you have an interested in. After that, just leave it to us we'll take it from here and ensure we provide you with any information you need. It's that simple !
