Things are looking up

We are pleased to report that January has brought a new sense of optimism to the housing market in Calne and the surrounding areas. Admittedly it's not as healthy as it was a few years ago, but here at Charles Faye we are delighted to see such a positive change in the market as we enter the New Year.

Since we returned after the Christmas break, we have already been able to tie up a number of properties and expect to see this trend continue as we sail through 2012. The market is buoyant at the moment and now is a great time to choose an estate agent that feels positive about the outlook and wants to work for you.
