New Lettings Service

Charles Faye Estate Agents have been selling and letting homes for many years in the Calne area. Back in 2011 Louise Burrows purchased the sales side of the business, however, until recently the lettings team were still owned and ran by Charles Faye and his team. On Friday 3rd February, Charles sold the lettings side of the business to another agency and moved out with immediate effect.

Wanting to stay in Calne, a number of the lettings staff have remained at Charles Faye Estate Agents, who in turn have already opened a new lettings division, which is wholly owned and managed by Louise Burrows. Charles Faye Estate Agents is now truly a one stop shop for both your sales & lettings needs, with all staff working together as one to ensure they provide you with the very best service in the area. 

Our website has already been updated to reflect these changes with the addition of a 'lettings' menu tab (see above) and a whole section dedicated to providing our landords and tenants with as much information as possible when renting a home. This information can be found under a menu tab called 'landlords' (see above).
